7 days return/exchange
If you believe your product is detective and request to return/exchange, please contact our customer service with 7 days of product receive, you need to provide your"name", "order number". "contact number" "product name for exchange", " return reason and photos etc. Our customer service will contact with you shortly to assist you with product exchange procedure.

Return policy
Return products must not be in use, any dirt or defect due to human factor will not be entitle for return/exchange.
No exchange or refund on the following conditions：
- Over 7 days of exchange period
- Products been used, break or defect by human factors such as scratch, dirt, break etc.
- Parts missing and or package broken
- Malicious return or mass return

Refund Policy
Credit card user：If product is eligible for refund, refund amount will arrange credit back to the same credit card that was used for purchase after return product received.
